The dimensions of these plates are designed for optimum compatibility with the Roche LightCycler® 480, and are in a 384 well format for reaction volumes of up to 30 µl.

All of the PCR plates are moulded from virgin polypropylene under ISO certified cleanroom conditions, and as such comply with the same stringent requirements as the FrameStar® range.
