Product Information

Description

Monarch DNase I, Lyophilized is an RNase-free, lyophilized format of DNA specific Endonuclease, DNase I, supplied in a dry cake. It is also included as a component of the Monarch Spin RNA Isolation Kit (Mini) (NEB #T2110). After rehydration with nuclease-free water, the resulting enzyme solution is suitable for preparing DNase reactions with the supplied reaction buffer. Optimal DNA removal is achieved either on-column or in-solution. DNase I acts on single- and double-stranded DNA, chromatin and RNA:DNA hybrids.
