Agilent xCELLigence RTCA Software

During this challenging and unprecedented time, the xCELLigence Real Time Cell Analysis team wants to do everything possible to support your research. With many communities restricting travel and instituting work from home recommendations, we understand that there is a need to continue using the RTCA software on a computer that does not currently have RTCA Software installed and registered.

We would like to offer anyone in this situation free access to the xCELLigence RTCA software on a monthly basis, to be extended if necessary.

To request a free monthly software license, please download the software from the Agilent website and complete the installation. The software will come with 30 days of free trial. If you require an additional month of use, please email the Agilent direct support team (aceasd.techsupport@agilent.com) to extend your use.

Please note that our application and technical support teams are available should you have any questions. Whether it be over email, phone, or video conferencing, we have many remote options to provide the necessary support you need. In addition, we always offer remote software trainings to our users, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We are standing by ready to help!

Agilent NovoCyte NovoExpress software

During this challenging and unprecedented time, the Agilent NovoCyte flow cytometry team wants to do everything possible to support you to continue your research and your work. With many communities restricting travel and instituting work from home recommendations, we understand that there is a need to continue using or trying the NovoExpress software on a computer that does not currently have NovoExpress installed and registered. We would like to offer anyone in this situation free access to the NovoExpress software on a monthly basis to be extended as long as is necessary. For the colleagues who are not familiar with the software, NovoExpress can perform powerful data analysis and report generation on any FCS files, regardless of which system it was generated. Automatic analysis tools are available for cell cycle and cell proliferation modeling, but NovoExpress also includes easy to create heat map displays, batch statistics, and batch reports.

 

To request a free monthly software license, please download the software from the Agilent website and complete the installation. The software will come with 30 days of free use by using the ‘Evaluate’ button. If you require an additional month of use, please email the Agilent direct support team to extend your use - aceasd.techsupport@agilent.com
