Fluidigm X BioMark Digital PCR BioMark Digital PCR
Fluidigm 48.770 and 12.765 Digital Arrays
The Fluidigm 48.770 and 12.765 Digital Arrays enable high throughput digital PCR applications for target quantitation, copy number variation (CNV) and mutation detection.
Workflow From setup to analysis: five easy steps to discovery
1. Prime Prime the digital array to prepare it for transferring samples.
1. Transfer Pipette each of the twelve samples, premixed with master mix and primer-probe sets, into separate inlets on the frame of the chip. |
2. Load Place the dynamic array on the IFC controller, and use the software interface to pressure load the assay components into separate panels of 765 reactions.
3. Run Place the dynamic array on the BioMark Real-Time qPCR System for thermal cycling and fluorescence detection. |
4. Analyze View and interact with amplification curves and color-coded heat maps for the run or for multiple runs. |
