Software for the LightScanner®

Our Hi-Res Melting software features Call-IT™, a patented scientific method where the software critically analyses each sample and defines the standards and variants. Call-IT allows researchers the flexibility to define their own standards or let the software Auto Call the results. Using combinations of plate layout, program and analysis parameters, this software provides the users with simple data management of experiment protocols.  

Analysis Editor
Plate analysis can be broken up into subsets allowing multiple independent experiments on the same plate. This allows you to view multiple results from multiple patients.

Sample Editor
The sample editor allows you to define standards and specifics about each sample. Information can also be imported directly from a LIMS system.
