The BIOKÉ webshop ensures a fast and easy ordering process, and enables you to view your personal pricing.

Register now and benefit from free delivery on online orders until the end of 2014!

You can place an order through our website, by adding the desired items to the shopping cart. You can then inspect your cart and make the necessary changes. Once the cart matches your wishes, press Continue, complete the fields and check your shipping and billing address (if these are not correct, please contact us).

After completion of the order, please accept our Terms & Conditions, and press Place the order. NOTE: Once you have placed the order, changes to your order can only be made by our customer service team.

After we have successfully processed your order, you will receive an order notification by email (within 24 hours of receipt).

For future reference, you can review your order history under Your Account. A copy of your order and of our order confirmation is kept on file for 7 years, and is available upon request.

Orders can also be placed by e-mail, fax, mail or phone.

    • For BioFire orders outside the BeneLux: EUR 75 for order value below EUR 2500.
    • o For all other orders: EUR 25 for orders with a value below EUR 250
